Accounts and saved plans
A signed-in account stores your email, optional plan preferences, and the progress you choose to save. Body measurements, relationship details, financial estimates, and state are optional. Do not enter bank passwords, Social Security numbers, or medical records in your plan.
This device
Workout drafts and account-specific caches use browser storage. They are not encrypted by 5F on your device. Anyone using your unlocked browser may be able to access them. Avoid saving sensitive preferences on a shared device; clearing browser storage removes local copies, not saved account records.
Your records
Use Export my records in your account to download your plan, progress, and preferences. Clear this device and sign out removes account-scoped browser copies, not server records or billing. Full account deletion and a formal retention schedule are still being developed; do not use 5F to store highly sensitive records.
Optional connections
Saving a provider preference is not a live connection. Each integration needs its own supported authorization or import. Turning activity personalization off stops workout-history-based adjustments in newly generated plans and briefings, but does not delete existing logs.
Email choices
Email subscription is separate from creating an account. New email-only signups need an expiring confirmation link; existing subscribers keep their status. We record confirmation time and consent version. Signed-in opt-in uses your account email. Delivery is handled by Resend using the 5F domain sender. The daily briefing may reflect your saved plan preferences. Use the unsubscribe link in each new email to stop daily mail without deleting your account.
Personalization
The free plan uses a rule-based guidance library. It does not send your profile to a live AI provider for free coaching answers. External video and social links have their own privacy practices.
